Holy Land Pilgrimage - Day One

Our pilgrims began their journey with Mass on the shore of the lake of Galilee where Jesus shared breakfast with his disciples after his resurrection, and a visit to the site of the feeding of the five thousand and the mount of beatitudes. A visit to Capernaum, central to the ministry of Jesus in this area, was next on the journey as was a visit to the Mount of Beatitudes.  They concluded their first day with a boat ride across the lake.
